Biography of TALI

Tali Golergant, known simply as Tali, is a multi-talented artist hailing from Luxembourg, poised to represent the nation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with her empowering anthem "Fighter".

Born in Israel to a Peruvian Jewish father and an Israeli mother, Tali's upbringing was marked by cultural diversity as her family traversed countries like Chile and Argentina before settling in Limpertsberg, Luxembourg. Her artistic journey began early, with piano lessons at age 7 and ventures into singing, song writing, and acting in theatre by age 12. Educated at the International School of Luxembourg, she later pursued her passion for musical theatre at Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, where she currently resides.

Fluent in English, Hebrew, and Spanish, with proficiency in French and German, Tali's linguistic versatility mirrors her musical range.

Tali's musical career gained momentum with her debut single at 16, followed by her EP "Lose You"  in 2021. Alongside her band, she graced stages at renowned New York venues and also made a mark as a stage actress, portraying memorable roles in productions like "Fiddler on the Roof" and "Les Misérables", as well as appearing in the independent film "Agua".

In December 2023, Tali emerged as one of the finalists in the Luxembourg Song Contest, where she triumphed with her anthemic track "Fighter", earning the prestigious opportunity to represent Luxembourg in Eurovision for the first time since 1993.

Tali's music, described as a fusion of pop, indie, and R&B, draws inspiration from artists like Lizzy McAlpine, Sara Bareilles, and Lady Gaga, reflecting her diverse influences and unique artistic vision.
