Thomas Michel Mustin, known professionally as Mustii, is a multi-talented Belgian actor, singer, and songwriter, born on November 21, 1990. He has achieved success with two albums, "21st Century Boy" and "It's Happening Now," both reaching the top ten on the Belgian Albums Charts. Additionally, he's recognized as a judge on Drag Race Belgique.

Having completed his theatre studies at the Institut des Arts de Diffusion in 2012, Mustii ventured into acting, appearing in French television series like "À tort ou à raison" and various stage productions. His talents extended to film, including roles in "Odd Job" (2016) and "Les Survivors."

In 2014, Mustii signed with Kid Noize's label, Black Gizah Record, and quickly gained recognition with his debut single, "The Golden Age” . His contributions to the Belgian music scene earned him multiple nominations and awards, including the Magritte Award for Most Promising Actor in 2019.

With the announcement in August 2023, Mustii's selection to represent Belgium at Eurovision 2024 was met with anticipation. His entry, "Before the Party's Over," released on February 20, 2024, marks his debut on the Eurovision stage. And there is no reference to the Dutch entry 1979 “The Party Is Over Now”  by Sandra Reemer.

This year's Belgian entry at Eurovision is yet another contemporary masterpiece, showcasing sophistication and a unique approach. Belgium's knack for delivering refined compositions often translates into high scores during the contest. Despite its modern arrangement and uplifting choir towards the end, the song carries a subtle melancholy beneath the surface. It speaks to the importance of seizing the moment in life, urging listeners to act before the party comes to an end.
