Sarah Bonnici, born on May 30, 1998, is a talented Maltese singer set to grace the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 stage with her captivating song "Loop."

Hailing from the picturesque island of Gozo, Bonnici is the daughter of Marcel Bonnici, CEO of Mercury Towers and Ħamrun Spartans. Alongside her musical pursuits, she holds a master's degree in accounting.

Guided by the mentorship of Miriam Christine from a young age, Bonnici has a storied history in music competitions. Her journey began with a third-place finish in the Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2009, followed by a triumphant win at the L-Għanja Tal-Maltin Song Festival the next year, where she also earned the title of Best Voice.

Bonnici's musical prowess extended beyond Malta's borders, achieving success in international competitions across Bulgaria, Romania, and Hungary. Notably, she secured victory in the "New Talent" section of the Festival Kanzunetta Indipendenza in 2012, and later claimed the main category prize in 2018. She also showcased her talent on the inaugural edition of X Factor Malta.

In 2023, Bonnici made a triumphant return to the Malta Eurovision Song Contest with "Loop," emerging as the champion and earning the prestigious opportunity to represent Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024.
