Biography of Nutsa Buzaladze

Nutsa Buzaladze, known by her mononyms stage name Nutsa, is a talented Georgian singer and songwriter slated to represent Georgia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with her captivating song "Firefighter".

Born in Tbilisi and raised in Turkey, Nutsa's musical journey began at the tender age of 5 when she joined a children's performance group. With time, she honed her skills, becoming the lead vocalist and guitarist of another ensemble, all while delving into piano lessons at the age of 8.

Her artistic endeavours led her to Los Angeles, where she immersed herself in musical exploration, and eventually to Dubai, where she now calls home. 

Nutsa's solo career began in 2011 on Georgia's Got Talent. In 2014, she won the New Wave Music Festival in Latvia. She competed in various shows like The Voice of Turkey, Two Stars Georgia, and local versions of Your Face Sounds Familiar and Dancing with the Stars. Notably, she worked with Turkish star Hadise, who represented Turkey with “Düm Tek Tek” in 2009 and made a brilliant 4th place .

In 2017, Nutsa's "White Horses Run" secured second place in Georgia's Eurovision selection. Her 2019 debut album, "Nutsa22", propelled her to fame with the hit "Gelodebi" and success in Russia. She performed globally, including at Expo 2020 in Dubai, Kënga Magjike 2021 in Albania, and American Idol 2023, where she reached the top 12.
