Angelina Mango, an Italian singer-songwriter, gained prominence with her hit singles "Ci pensiamo domani"  and "Che t'o dico a fa'", both reaching the top ten on the Italian charts in 2023. Born on April 10, 2001, in Maratea, Italy, to renowned musicians Laura Valente and Giuseppe Mango, Angelina's upbringing in Lagonegro fostered her musical talents from a young age, including singing, piano, and guitar. She joined her brother's band as a vocalist, performing locally and collaborating with her father on various musical projects.

Despite facing personal tragedy with her father's passing in 2014, Angelina persevered, eventually relocating to Milan to pursue her musical career. Her debut single "Va tutto bene"  in 2020 marked the beginning of her solo journey, leading to performances alongside esteemed artists like Giovanni Caccamo and Michele Placido.

Her triumph at the Sanremo Music Festival 2024 with the song "La noia" secured her place as Italy's representative in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024.

Beyond Eurovision, Angelina is set to perform at the Isle of Wight Festival in June 2024, cementing her position as one of Italy's most promising musical talents.

The song "La Noia," which translates to "boredom," narrates the tale of an individual dancing in defiance of the ennui that surrounds them. Its musical style blends traditional dance elements with a hint of gypsy influence, infused with a slightly more south-eastern oriental sound, reminiscent of Italian musical traditions.
