Noa Kirel is a talented Israeli singer, actress, dancer, and television host. She was born on April 10th, 2001, in Ra'anana, Israel, to Israeli-born parents of Ashkenazi, Sephardi, and Mizrahi Jewish descent. Noa won the MTV Europe Music Awards for Best Israeli act between 2017 and 2021, and in 2023, she is set to represent Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Unicorn."

Noa's parents named her Noya, but a rabbi suggested changing it to Noa when she was diagnosed with a serious kidney illness at three months old. The name Noa means "movement" in Hebrew. In February 2020, Kirel was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces and served in a unique military band. She received an honourable discharge in February 2022, completing her two-year mandatory service.

She released her first song on YouTube in 2015, and it was called "Medabrim?" . Following its success, she released additional songs, including "Killer" ,  "Yesh Be Ahava"  and "Rak Ata"  which were played on various Israeli radio stations. She won the award for "Singer of the Year" at the Israeli Kids' Choice Awards in 2016.

In 2017, Kirel began hosting the musical program "Lipstar" on kidZ channel. She released several other songs that year, including "Lirkod" and "Wow" , and represented Israel at the MTV Europe Music Awards in November.

Kirel signed a contract with Atlantic Records in June 2020 and signed with WME in December of the same year. She has released several international singles, including "Please Don't Suck" and "Bad Little Thing" .

The Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation KAN has determined Noa Kirel to represent Israel in the ESC in Liverpool. The song "Unicorn", is not exactly the typical music style Noa is normally singing. The ESC song has more power and a clear chorus, a strong rhythm and convinces with a very modern arrangement, very international though. With a sophisticated stage show, this entry has the potential to achieve great success.
