"Who the Hell Is Edgar?" is described as an up-tempo pop song with a catchy chorus and an upbeat, danceable rhythm. The song is about a mysterious character named Edgar who is causing trouble and chaos, and Teya and Salena questioning who he is and what his motives are. This song is an absolute delight - with its fun, catchy approach, it's sure to become a beloved Eurovision classic that will have people dancing and having a blast. The upbeat tempo, combined with the infectiously positive attitudes of the singers Teya & Salena, not to mention the inclusion of church choir elements and a hook that's impossible to resist, make this number stand out from the rest. In fact, it's so good that it could very well end up being the "dark horse" of this year's competition.
