During the press conferences of the Big 5 countries the allocation to determine the start position either the first or second half in the Grand Final has been drawn. The host country’s start position has been determined some weeks ago it’s #22. The singers of the Big 5 countries picked their tickets as follow:

• Italy – first half
• Spain – second half
• Germany – second half
• United Kingdom – second half
• France – second half

It is said that the second half has higher chances for a good placing. Interesting to see that the big favourite is now in the first half. But a good song could start anywhere.
