Due to the fact that the press centre is closed and no journalist can work as usual, the official site Eurovision.tv is producing exclusive content in collaboration with TikTok. For the first week everything what happens in the PalaOlimpico will be visible via this tool, which is mainly preferred by younger people. Additionally the videos are shorter than on YouTube, like snippets from here and there edited in a funny way. According the official statements, the aim is to bring popular influencer to the Eurovision Song Contest, to widen the interest group. Last year Niki Tutorials, a very famous influencer has even made it to be a host for the ESC in Rotterdam. But will influencer from other interest groups like fashion, etc. will be bringing more attention to the ESC?
