In the final of five nights of the 72th Sanremo Festival the winner will be declared. The winner also has the opportunity to represent Italy in the Eurovision Song Contest. This is tremendously important this year as Italy is the host country of the 66th edition of the ESC.
There are a lot of good songs this year and the competition is very strong, so it’s going to be a very exiting evening.

The fourth evening with the cover songs, there the Italian public have a say or a third of the votes, together - the jury and the demoscopic poll. Tonight the Italian public will have 100% voting rights. When the top three acts have been determined, a mix of televoting, jury and poll will determine the winner.
