Even with the big handicap of the missing audience DR tried to make the best out of the situation. All the 10 songs have been performed in a solid way with more or less good singing qualities. The jury and the public voted Ben & Tan - "Yes", Emil - "Ville ønske jeg havde kendt dig" and Sander Sanchez - "Screens" into the super final.

The jury and the public voted Ben & Tan - "Yes", Emil - "Ville ønske jeg havde kendt dig" and Sander Sanchez - "Screens" into the super final.

In the second round these three super finalist had a second time on stage. At the end the favourites Ben & Tan could win the Melodi Grand Prix 2020 with the song “Yes”. On May 14th Denmark will perform in the Semi Final 2 to qualify for the Grand Final.
