By now there are 42 confirmed countries to take part in the 64th Eurovision Song Contest in Tel Aviv 2019. This is one country less than the 43 countries this year in Lisbon. This record of participating countries has been made as well in Düsseldorf 2011 and Belgrade 2008.

Bulgaria has withdrawn its participation lately and it’s unlike that other countries like Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Luxembourg, Monaco, Morocco, Slovakia or Turkey will return at a later stage.
