In less than two weeks the rehearsals are going to start in Lisbon. As we all know time flies by and in less than four weeks we already know the next Eurovision winner. By now we have some fix dates we would like to share with you:

• Sunday, 29th April: start of the rehearsals in the Altice Arena
• Friday, 4th May: the “Eurovision Village” will be opened for the public in the centre of Lisbon
• Sunday, 6th May: The red (blue) carpet event at the Maat Museum, located at the waterfront, open for the public
• Sunday, 6th May: Opening Ceremony in the Maat Museum, not for the public
• Tuesday, 8th May: Semi Final 1 – live broadcast 21.00 CET (20.00 Portuguese time)
• Thursday, 10th May: Semi Final 2 – live broadcast 21.00 CET (20.00 Portuguese time)
• Saturday, 12th May: Grand Final – live broadcast 21.00 CET (20.00 Portuguese time)

About me:
My first Eurovision I watched was in 1987, Brussels. Since then I am following the ESC with great enthusiasm. The greatest fascination for me is the fact that the entire Europe is watching the show at that specific night. Since 2010, Oslo I am a member of the eurovisionlive.com team. I had the chance to witness the second German victory with Lena. My biggest wish would be to have the orchestra back, as it used to be until 1998.
