During the EBU meeting in Lisbon the picture of the 2018 ESC gets clearer. By now we have 42 countries officially confirmed by the EBU. Russia is back in the contest after the absence in Kiev this year. It’s still not confirmed if FYR Macedonia is going to participate. Lately the EBU claimed unpaid bills to the Macedonian broadcaster, but this might have been settled by now. If a country is willing to participate after the submission deadline there will be a fee to pay. So let’s wait and cross our fingers.
