The running order of the Grand Final has been revealed very early this morning. In former years this has been drawn, but to exceed the excitement the host broadcaster is aligning this with the EBU reference group. This is being made to avoid that too many ballads are close to each other and the mix of music is diversified. In the press conference after the semi-finals, the artists are just drawing in which part of the Grand Final they will perform.
This is the running order for the Grand Final 2021:
- Cyprus
- Albania
- Israel
- Belgium
- Russia
- Malta
- Portugal
- Serbia
- United Kingdom
- Greece
- Switzerland
- Iceland
- Spain
- Moldova
- Germany
- Finland
- Bulgaria
- Lithuania
- Ukraine
- France
- Azerbaijan
- Norway
- The Netherlands
- Italy
- Sweden
- San Marino
We will see a powerful opening with Cyprus and a crazy end with San Marino. In-between there is a solid mix of slow and fast songs. The favourites are mainly place in the last third, while Malta is 6th, Switzerland 11th and Iceland 12th.

About me:
As one of the founders of eurovisionlive.com I am responsible for the interviews with the singers and the editorial content. My passion for the Eurovision Song Contest exists since my early childhood. The exotic music, different cultures and languages have given a lot of inspiration to me. Since my very first ESC in Dublin 1994 I particularly appreciate the get together and friendship of all the nationalities and Riverdance was a thrill!
