Bad news are coming from the Polish delegation in Rotterdam. One member of the Polish team has been tested corona positive. It has not been stated who exactly this is, but it’s the first time in this ESC that one person has a positive result. This is the situation everybody is afraid of. If a singer is being tested positive, he has to go into quarantine immediately and a live performance will be excluded. Therefore the “live on tape” recordings have been made in advance that the entry is still valid and the country remains in the contest.

The Polish team as emphasized that they won’t take part at the opening ceremony and the turquoise carpet tomorrow. Let’s cross our fingers that nobody else is effected. Earlier this week is has been reported that the Ukrainian lead singer felt sick, but her corona test was negative.
