Rotterdam will be the host city of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. Partying in Rotterdam will be different due to the pandemic. Therefore the city of Rotterdam has invented #SWINGALONG - a unique dance challenge which will be visible on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok as well as on a 360° projection on the “World Port Centre” skyscraper in the harbour of Rotterdam. So that people from all over the world can see themselves dancing in Rotterdam and share it with others. This campaign will be live from 13 April until 6 June.
Upload your shot on social media and share it with your friends
There is a special filter for Instagram and Facebook which makes it possible to dance at the Rotterdam locations in the video clip using a 360-degree view. The ‘dance virus’ will spread internationally and introduce people all over the world to the city of Rotterdam.
Let’s dance together and celebrate the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Rotterdam.

About me: As one of the founders of eurovisionlive.com I am responsible for the interviews with the singers and the editorial content. My passion for the Eurovision Song Contest exists since my early childhood. The exotic music, different cultures and languages have given a lot of inspiration to me. Since my very first ESC in Dublin 1994 I particularly appreciate the get together and friendship of all the nationalities and Riverdance was a thrill!
