The Danes will decide, who will represent Denmark in the 65th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam. Last year’s representative Ben & Tan could not go to Rotterdam due the cancelled event. They hoped to start again 2021, but according to the rules of the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix they had to submit a new song, as the show is going on like normal. Even if they submitted their song “Iron Heart” this did not find appeal the jury of the Danish broadcaster DR when choosing the eight songs for the Danish final.

Tonight’s show will take place in a TV studio of DR in Copenhagen, as no audience is allowed, like last year in the Royal Arena. The hosts of the night will be Tina Müller and Martin Brygmann. As always there is 100% televoting and a final round with the top 3 songs.
