After all the individual rehearsals and press conferences it’s now time for the first dress rehearsal of the Semi Final 1. In fact there are two dress rehearsals today one at 6pm and another at 0am; everybody needs to get used to the -4 hours time different to GMT. That will be the same for the live broadcast on Tuesday night.

The official opening of the Eurovision Song Contest took place in the Euroclub last night, a huge hall with a large dance floor, restaurant, VIP area and outside terrace. This tradition exists since 2010, when this has been introduced in Oslo.

There are three live shows of the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 this year, the Semi Final 1 on May 22nd, the Semi Final 2 on May 24th and the Grand Final on May 26th.
