Since the juries have come back in 2009 the televoting is worth only 50%. The effect of Diaspora voting could be dammed and entries with fewer supporters might have a chance as well, if the juries are likely to vote for it.

After a very exciting voting marathon Azerbaijan was the clear winner of the 56th Eurovision Song Contest. The song with the best stage illumination and atmosphere received the highest votes both from juries and televoting.
