Lithuania is the only Baltic country which has not won the Eurovision Song Contest so far. So the Lithuanians are quite eager to change this. But everybody knows that the musical taste varies from country to country. So for example the Icelanders naturally have a different taste as the Greeks, so that’s the reason of the sometimes weird voting. And so it’s more than naturally that specific geographical regions submit their neighbour countries, because of their similar taste.

The Lithuanians have chosen their favorite by televoting. Jeroniums Milius is an unusual and charismatic singer. The song is a great and tragic ballad like a musical song sung in a very impulsive and fascinating way. Unfortunately, this kind of music will probably appeal the East better than the West.
