The French broadcaster France 2 has revealed that the singer and actor Tom Leeb is going to sing in Rotterdam for France. The song will be presented at a later stage. 

The French broadcaster France 2 has revealed that the singer and actor Tom Leeb is going to sing in Rotterdam for France. The song will be presented at a later stage.

Unfortunately, France is not having a national final anymore. The last two years France had a bounteously produced national final.
