This weekend is packed with a lot of interesting Eurovision stuff which can be watched live in the internet. The first songs have already been selected over the past weeks (Albania, Belarus, France, FYR Macedonia, Georgia, Malta ant the Netherlands), but they will probably all be new versions of the songs, sometimes rearranged by other composers, so there can nothing be said by now.
We will have two more national finals: Switzerland on Saturday and Cyprus on Sunday, while Lithuania, Iceland and Hungary will be broadcasting their semi finals.
This is going to be an exciting weekend with a lot of music.
Most of the shows can be watched on the national TV broadcaster websites or on Eurovision.tv.
Chief Editor of eurovisionlive.com
About me: Due to the fact that my parents are musicians, I have a gained a great enthusiasm for music. Since 1979 my interest in the Eurovision Song Contest has grown enormously. My first ESC I joined was in Dublin 1995. Six years later I founded the website eurovisionlive.com in the year 2001. The most fascinating part for me is the original idea of the Eurovision Song Contest – the peaceful contest of the European countries. I am very happy that I have the chance to contribute my little part for the greatest music show in the world.
