The big moment of the year has come. Tonight there will be 25 countries competing for the best song and performance of the year. There are some favorites already: Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Sweden, France, United Kingdom and Azerbaijan. There are also some dark horses tonight who might receive an unexpected high amount of points tonight: Finland, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Austria, Switzerland, Serbia or Iceland. The host country Germany might shape up well or bad, that’s the biggest question here among the German press. Due to the fact that there are a lot of good songs and strong performances, this is going to be a very tight battle. And there is only one winner and tonight it will be determined, which country will host next year’s ESC.
Our eurovisionlive.com users have voted in the poll for the following countries:
01 . Bosnia & Herzegovina 02 . Germany 03 . Hungary 04 . Greece 05 . Sweden 06 . Ireland 07 . Romania 08 . Serbia 09 . Estonia 10 . Austria

About me: Due to the fact that my parents are musicians, I have a gained a great enthusiasm for music. Since 1979 my interest in the Eurovision Song Contest has grown enormously. My first ESC I joined was in Dublin 1995. Six years later I founded the website eurovisionlive.com in the year 2001. The most fascinating part for me is the original idea of the Eurovision Song Contest – the peaceful contest of the European countries. I am very happy that I have the chance to contribute my little part for the greatest music show in the world.
