On Sunday, February 7th, 14.00 CET the draw of the Semi Finals for Oslo will take place. It’s possible to watch this show via live stream in the internet on eurovision.tv. For all those people this show is recommended, who like to get first impressions of Oslo and Norway as a host city.
It will be determined, which of the 34 countries (beside the Big 4 United Kingdom, France, Spain and Germany and Norway as a host country) will start in Semi Final 1 or 2. There are five pots to guarantee fairness regarding neighbour country voting. This Sunday the running order won’t be determined, but in which Semi Final the Big 4 countries take part in the voting and broadcasting.
