After a terrific show hosted by three lovely hosts in Norway’s capital, little Lena from Hanover, Germany could bring back the country’s pride. In the last years Germany has desperately tried to win the contest with the most various attempts: Swing, Country, and Strip. The Germans always thought that nobody like them when it comes to the votes. Now Lena has turned that image the upside down. Almost all countries gave their votes to Germany.
After 28 years Germany has the honor to host the 2011 contest in Germany. Which city this is going to be is still uncertain, maybe Berlin, Hamburg or Cologne. This will be sorted out in the upcoming weeks by the new host TV broadcaster ARD/NDR. The new show concept in the German per selection has proofed as a success. Tomorrow Lena is going to have a great welcome party in Hanover.
The team from eurovisionlive.com congratulates Lena for this victory. Good luck for your future!
