The 60th anniversary show of the Norwegian broadcaster NRK from Trondheim has made another proud winner: Ulrikke Brandstorp. The musical singer from Sarpsbord, South-eastern Norway has made the race out of ten last night. This year’s Norwegian entry is a real ballad after years of different music styles. The song is called “Attention”.
There were five elimination shows with singer from all regions and already set artists, where Ulrikke was a part of. The song “Attention” has been co-composed by Kjetil Mørland, who represented Norway in 2015 with “A Monster Like Me”, 8th rank in Vienna.
There is now live show without hitches, the app function to determine the four finalist did not work, and therefore a 30 member jury had to make the decision spontaneously. Maybe the final result would have looked differently, the big favourites Emil & Didrik, Rein Alexander and Magnus Bokn did not even reached the “Gulfinalen”.
This is the Norwegian entry 2020:

About me: As one of the founders of eurovisionlive.com I am responsible for the interviews with the singers and the editorial content. My passion for the Eurovision Song Contest exists since my early childhood. The exotic music, different cultures and languages have given a lot of inspiration to me. Since my very first ESC in Dublin 1994 I particularly appreciate the get together and friendship of all the nationalities and Riverdance was a thrill!
