By now we almost have the half the entries of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. There have been exciting national finals and song announcements so far. But there is still a lot to come. And not all songs are in the final version yet, some entries might be changed completely, some may receive a new arrangement or others will be submitted after the official deadline. After that deadline, broadcasters are being asked to pay a fee, as the EBU reference group will decide the running order of the Semi Finals together with the host broadcaster RTP.
