Finland hosted its first Eurovision Song Contest last year. There was a fantastic show and a great hospitality. Finland has been intoxicated by the Eurovision feeling all over, after Lordi won the contest in Athens.

Every few years you can monitor a kind of trend in the music style, in Athens nobody expected that Hard Rock could ever win the Eurovision Song Contest. One year later there were quite a few rock songs in the contest, but failed. It was obviously not the right trend! Serbia won with a heartwarming ballad.

This year Finland is going to try it again with Hard Rock. No horror masks, but loud and crazy and even with a melody! The song is not too bad, but absolutely not suitable for the Eurovision Song Contest. It’s definitely the wrong audience for such kind of music. Sorry Finland!
