Georgia is also a member of the EBU and therefore able to participate as many more countries. The music scene of Georgia is almost unknown in Western Europe so it’s going to be very interesting to watch and listen to music from an exotic new country. Last year Armenia - Georgia’s neighbor country – did a brilliant debut and received many votes and came 10th at the end! Sopho Khalvashi is a well known singer in her country. She is bringing a brand new style in the contest. Musically, her song “My Story” is a very cool style mix of Kate Bush, Björk and Madonna. The song is extraordinary, has a strong new rhythm and an absolute fascinating harmony with Georgian influence. Europe and especially Georgia can be proud to have so talented and hopeful singers with high potential. The singer and the song are superb and can easily played in every radio station around the world. Welcome Georgia!
