Unfortunately it has never been qualified for the final. The two shop concept has been proved as success generally, the excitement has grown and two live transmissions are unbeatable. But on the other hands the rules are getting harder, too. For a small country like Andorra or Monaco it’s a great chance to be represented in such a big event like the Eurovision Song Contest. Due to the huge amount of participating countries, some – especially small countries can easier be forgotten by the viewers while voting. Of course, small countries don’t have big music industries so that there is no big chance to bring stars onto stage. This year Andorra is sending a young and prosperous group to Helsinki. It’s a real catchy tune and with a good stage performance they can have a chance to qualify. Once heard “Salvem a mon” doesn’t go out of your mind.
