This is Jasmine. She sang the Finnish entry in 1996 in Olso “Niin kaunis on taivas”. It was a kind of folk song with a guitar, which did not receive many points, but people loved it later on.
This is one of the CatCat sisters, who represented Finland with “Bye Bye Baby” in Dublin in 1994. This song was accompanied by an orchestra. Many people complained that the orchestra distroyed the modernity of the song and a demoband would have been more succesive.

That’s a good question. Many people here in Helsinki and all over Europe were very disappointed that Andorra did not qualify. The song would have scored well in the final.
The Danish representative DQ is still shining, but you can obviously see her disappointment. She was great and would have deserved to qualify.
