Croatia is a quite successful country in its short history in the Eurovision Song Contest. The country often ended up in a good position and there were lots of efforts to bewitch the juries and TV-spectators with wealth of ideas and originality. Just think of the remarkable presentations of Doris Dragovic' "Maria Magdalena" in 1999 in Jerusalem or Danijela with "Neka mi ne svane" in 1998 in Birmingham.
The Croatians are very proud of their county and language. Due to this the singer Claudia Beni will sing her song "Vise nivem twoje" on Croatian. She succeeded against 11 competitors. The Croatian TV-spectators were able to decide if the song should be sung in the original language or in the more comprehensible English language.
Claudia is just 17 years old and already took part at the DORA (Croatian pre-decision) with the band "Teens" in 1999.
The song is impressive, but a little bit too hectic.
