All years of the ESCs are now available on DVD.
The quality is good up to superior, depending on the souce. In most cases the footage are directly copied from stoudio-DV-tapes or similar material Therefore the quality is nearly lossles to its original recording.
The sound is stereo/surround from 1989 to 2007
Picture is color since 1968.
The commentary is almost german, in some cases english, or no comment.
The footage is digitized to DigitalVideo format, and encoded to MPEG2 with the following parameters:
Picture: MPEG2, bitrate min. 2000, max. 8000, av. 5000.
Sound: MPEG1 layer 2, 256 kBit/s, stereo
ESCs with a runningtime up to 2 hours, 1 DVD-R-disc „general use“ are used, above 2 hrs. a second DVD-R.
Verbatim or Ritek-branded high-quality-discs, or other grade-A- medias are used for recording.

The DVDs comes in a DVD-Cover. The DVDs are press-printed in 4 color-high resolution mode (professional printed). The covers and inlays are also printed in 4-color on 135 gramm-sheets (professional printed).
The DVDs are suitable on any player with „dual-laser“-technology. In normal cases this are all players with a age up to thee years.

ALL PLAYERS NOT OLDER THAN 3 YEARS!!.
The price per year is fixed to 14.00 Euro. It drops down to 12.00 Euro/year, if you oder more than one DVD per time.
